Changing your deposit limit
You can reduce your deposit limit at any time, and the new lower limit will take effect immediately. If you wish to increase a deposit limit, a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 7 days applies before the increase comes into effect. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reflect on the decision and confirm that it is genuinely what you want, rather than a response to chasing losses or in-the-moment excitement.

Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

Session Time Alerts
Within your account settings, you can set a session duration reminder that will display an on-screen notification after a pre-set period of continuous play (for example, after 1 hour or 2 hours). This serves as a gentle prompt to take a break, check in with yourself, and decide whether you want to continue playing. Session alerts do not restrict access — they simply keep you informed of how long you have been active.
Cool-Off Period
A cool-off period is a temporary voluntary restriction on your account. Available durations are:
- 24 hours
- 48 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
During a cool-off period, you will be unable to log in to your account, place bets, or make deposits. Any pending withdrawals that were already in progress before the cool-off was activated will be completed. You will also not receive any promotional or marketing communications from 7ezbt during the cool-off period.
A cool-off period cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated. If you need a longer break, please consider using our self-exclusion feature (see Section 5).

Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is the most powerful account restriction tool available on 7ezbt. It is designed for players who recognise that their gambling has become — or is at risk of becoming — a serious problem that they cannot adequately manage through lighter-touch tools such as deposit limits or cool-off periods.
How self-exclusion works
When you request a self-exclusion, your 7ezbt account will be fully and immediately suspended for the duration you choose. Available self-exclusion periods are:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 3 years
- 5 years
- Permanent (indefinite exclusion with no automatic end date)
During the self-exclusion period:
- You will not be able to log in to your account;
- All pending bets placed before the exclusion took effect will be settled and any winnings returned to your account balance, which can be withdrawn;
- You will be removed from all 7ezbt marketing lists immediately;
- 7ezbt staff will not re-activate your account under any circumstances, even at your request, until the exclusion period has fully expired;
- If you attempt to register a new account during the exclusion period, it will be detected and closed.
Requesting self-exclusion

Please include your registered mobile number and your preferred exclusion duration. Our team will action your request within 24 hours. If you need the exclusion to take effect immediately, please use the live chat function within your account and request urgent self-exclusion — we will process it in real time.
Returning after self-exclusion
At the end of a fixed-term self-exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years), your account will not be automatically reactivated. You will need to contact support to request reactivation, and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period will apply before access is restored. This gives you one final opportunity to confirm that you genuinely wish to return to gambling activity on 7ezbt. Permanent self-exclusion has no end date and cannot be reversed.
Self-exclusion is a serious commitment. We strongly encourage players who are considering self-exclusion to also contact a professional gambling support organisation (see Section 7) in addition to using this tool. Self-exclusion from 7ezbt alone does not prevent access to other gambling platforms.
