These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 7ezbt (hereinafter "7ezbt", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://7ezbt.net.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 7ezbt platform, placing any wager, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you:

• Have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• Agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein;
• Confirm that you are accessing the platform of your own free will and that online betting is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your personal jurisdiction;
• Accept that these Terms, together with 7ezbt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete and binding contractual basis of your relationship with 7ezbt.

These Terms are effective from the date of your registration or, where you were registered prior to the publication of this version, from the date this version was published. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7ezbt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7ezbt will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the platform or by email to your registered address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with 7ezbt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 7ezbt will verify your age during the registration process and may request additional documentation at any stage of your account's lifecycle to confirm that you meet this requirement.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order, or prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 7ezbt at any given time. Opening or attempting to open duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under another identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal account use: Your 7ezbt account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party to access, use, or place bets through your account. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

7ezbt reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

If 7ezbt determines that an account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deduction of any amounts already disbursed in error. 7ezbt will not be liable for any losses arising from use of the platform by an individual who has misrepresented their age.

To access real-money gaming features on 7ezbt, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, a valid mobile number, a unique username, a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

During or after registration, 7ezbt may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process is a standard compliance measure and is designed to protect both players and the platform from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The KYC process may require you to submit:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your registered address;
• A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the payment method(s) you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals, such as a bKash or Nagad account confirmation linked to your registered mobile number;
• Any additional documentation that 7ezbt's compliance team may reasonably request in order to verify your identity and the source of your funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 7ezbt support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be applied to your account.

7ezbt will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Where 7ezbt is satisfied that a security breach of your account was the result of your own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms, any resulting losses will be borne solely by you.

7ezbt reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the 7ezbt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7ezbt currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 7ezbt's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits published on the 7ezbt payments page, which may be updated periodically.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7ezbt account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name and linked to your verified 7ezbt account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 7ezbt does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7ezbt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on your account and is registered in your own name, subject to successful KYC verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests above a threshold specified by 7ezbt may require additional identity verification before processing.
• 7ezbt aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times for bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• 7ezbt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if the KYC verification process has not been completed satisfactorily.
• In the event that a deposit is returned or reversed by your payment provider after funds have been used for betting activity, 7ezbt reserves the right to recover equivalent funds from your account balance or any pending winnings.

7ezbt periodically offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. These may include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Durga Puja, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. 7ezbt reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its discretion, including players who are found to be engaging in abusive bonus behaviour.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the specified time window will result in the forfeit of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus abuse: 7ezbt maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation, the use of arbitrage betting strategies, coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, and the use of low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement. Where bonus abuse is identified, 7ezbt reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
• Promotional changes: 7ezbt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions where reasonably practicable.

All sports bets placed on 7ezbt are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for individual casino titles are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and are accessible within each game interface.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an explicit confirmation from the 7ezbt platform. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Odds and markets: All odds are displayed in decimal format. 7ezbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any betting market at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before the event has commenced, where there are reasonable grounds to do so (e.g., event cancellation, verified information irregularity, or force majeure).
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void, and the staked amount returned, in circumstances including: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence or complete within a reasonable time of the scheduled start; or the market is suspended in error by the platform.
• Maximum winnings: 7ezbt may impose a maximum payout limit per bet, per event, or per 24-hour period. These limits are published on the platform and may be updated at 7ezbt's discretion. Any winnings exceeding the published limit will be capped at that limit.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are time-sensitive. 7ezbt cannot guarantee that all in-play bets will be accepted in real time due to the dynamic nature of live events. Any bet placed on an in-play market is accepted at the odds and market state active at the exact moment of acceptance by the platform.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a human or technical error (a "palpable error"), 7ezbt reserves the right to void such bets and return the staked amounts, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled as a win.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 7ezbt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account, whether in your own name or under a different identity;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 7ezbt platform, including software bugs that produce incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing, use of insider information, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 7ezbt;
• Money laundering, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity through the 7ezbt platform;
• Abusing any bonus or promotional offer, including the coordinated use of multiple accounts to exploit promotions;
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live casino tables or other multiplayer game formats;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after funds have been used for betting activity;
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the security or integrity of 7ezbt's technical infrastructure, servers, or databases;
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 18) to use your account or your device to access the 7ezbt platform.

7ezbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for illegal purposes;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or request from a law enforcement authority;
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account is being accessed by a person under the age of 18;
• Use of the account in connection with any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 7ezbt reserves the right to retain any account balance, including deposited funds and pending winnings, to the extent necessary to cover any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by 7ezbt as a result of the breach. Any remaining balance after such deductions may, at 7ezbt's discretion, be returned to the player's verified payment method.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, you may do so by contacting 7ezbt support at [email protected]. Before closing, you are encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance. 7ezbt will process a voluntary account closure request within a reasonable timeframe and will return any verified balance to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose during the period of account activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezbt shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place a bet or wager, including losses resulting from in-play betting decisions;
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, server downtime, or circumstances beyond 7ezbt's reasonable control;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by your payment provider, banking institution, or mobile money operator;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 7ezbt has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the platform due to network conditions, device failure, or third-party interference.

Where 7ezbt's liability cannot be excluded by law, 7ezbt's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7ezbt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

7ezbt does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network are adequately protected and that you have appropriate technical safeguards in place before accessing the platform.

7ezbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material — for example, where they affect your rights in relation to existing account balances, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — 7ezbt will endeavour to provide advance notice by displaying a notification on the platform or by sending an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the 7ezbt platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and, if you wish, request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8 of these Terms.

7ezbt may also from time to time publish supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines that apply to specific features, promotions, or game types on the platform. These supplementary documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and are binding on all registered players.
